Evangelical Churches in Brazil Launch Nationwide Prayer Movement for Peace

Evangelical churches across Brazil have united this week to launch a nationwide prayer movement focused on peace, reconciliation, and community outreach. According to reporting from Evangelical Focus and Christian Post, more than 3,000 churches participated in coordinated prayer gatherings, worship nights, and street evangelism.

Leaders say the movement was inspired by rising social tensions and a desire to bring spiritual healing to the nation. Pastors emphasized unity across denominations, encouraging believers to “shine the light of Christ in difficult times.”

Organizers plan to continue the initiative through the end of the year, with youth groups, worship teams, and local ministries joining forces to serve vulnerable communities.
